By registering for this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all six live sessions. Because this course builds progressively from week to week, missed sessions may limit the participant's ability to fully benefit from the course.
Continuing Education Credit
NCBTMB Continuing Education credit will be awarded only to participants who satisfy the attendance and participation requirements established by Advanced Massage Specialty Group, Inc.
Recording Policy
Course sessions may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, or administrative purposes. By registering, participants consent to being recorded during live Zoom sessions. Recordings remain the property of Advanced Massage Specialty Group, Inc. and are not distributed without permission except as necessary for educational administration.
Privacy
Participant names, images, recordings, or testimonials will not be used for promotional purposes without prior written permission.
Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access, audio capability, and a functioning camera and microphone when participation requires interaction.
Participant Conduct
AMS Group is committed to creating a respectful, professional learning environment. Participants who engage in disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the course without refund.
Learning Community
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, professional learning environment where differing perspectives are welcomed and confidential discussions are treated with discretion.
Use of AI Tools
Artificial intelligence tools may be used to support learning unless otherwise instructed. Participants remain responsible for submitting work that reflects their own understanding and participation.
Intellectual Property
All course materials – including presentations, worksheets, spreadsheets, videos, graphics, handouts, recordings, and supporting documents – are protected by United States copyright law.
Course materials are licensed solely for the personal educational use of the registered participant.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, uploaded, sold, taught, incorporated into other educational programs, or used to train artificial intelligence systems without the prior written permission of Advanced Massage Specialty Group, Inc.
Participants may print or reproduce worksheets only for their own personal use while participating in this course.
Limitation of Liability
This course is educational in nature and is intended to provide information and practical business education. Advanced Massage Specialty Group, Inc. does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, business result, increase in revenue, or professional success resulting from participation in this course.
