An Intimate Somatic Mindfulness Immersion with Fernando Rojas in Puerto Rico
August 2 - 8, 2026 Vega Baja, Puerto Rico
This immersion is for practitioners who sense that something in their relationship to work wants recalibration — not because anything is broken, but because longevity, capacity, and refinement of presence matter.
“Somatic Mindfulness bridges somatics and bodywork, teaching self-care as a professional skill where your wellbeing becomes the method for creating conditions for healing and clarity of purpose.” - Fernando
So, here’s the details:
Shared Villa & the Intimate Nature of the Immersion
This immersion is intentionally intimate — not only in group size and learning format, but also in how we live together during the week.
Participants will be staying together in a shared villa. This shared environment is part of the container: it supports continuity, presence, and a rhythm that allows learning, rest, and integration to happen organically.
Because of this, rooms and some beds are shared.
We name this clearly so you can assess alignment with care and self-responsibility.
What “Shared” Means in Practice
The villa accommodates up to 12 participants, with the following room configurations:
2 participants — shared king bed / shared bathroom
3 participants — shared king bed + sofa bed / shared bathroom
3 participants — shared queen bed + sofa bed / shared bathroom
4 participants — two bunk beds / shared bathroom
Rooms are designed to support comfort and care among participants. Familiarity may be based on an existing professional or personal relationship, or thoughtfully established through open communication and mutual consent.
Room Assignments & Consent
Rooming will be handled as a hybrid process:
Participants will have the opportunity to privately share preferences, boundaries, or roommate requests.
AMSG will finalize assignments with care, ensuring mutual consent and comfort are respected to the greatest extent possible within the container.
No one will be assigned to share a room or bed without clear acknowledgment of this structure in advance.
A Professional, Mindful Environment
We ask all participants to approach shared living with the same professionalism and mindfulness they bring to their hands-on work:
Respect for rest, quiet time, and personal space
Clear communication and consideration for one another
No expectation of processing, teaching, or working in sleeping spaces
An understanding that rest is a valid and supported choice during down time
Shared housing is part of what allows this immersion to remain small, focused, and relational. It also requires a level of maturity, self-awareness, and care for the collective.
If shared accommodations feel misaligned for you, this immersion may not be the right fit at this time — and we trust your discernment.
