Somatic Mindfulness is the practice of bringing thoughtful attention to our lived experience through the body.
Rather than asking, "How do I change this?" the practice begins with a different question: "What is here, waiting to be noticed?"

This experience is designed for anyone interested in developing a more thoughtful relationship with themselves and the world around them.
No background in mindfulness, bodywork, or meditation is required.
